The location

With around 3.7 million inhabitants, the capital Berlin is the most populous and, at 892 square kilometers, the largest municipality in Germany and the most populous city in the European Union. Over 4.7 million people live in the Berlin agglomeration. The project

Connect today's people with tomorrow's homes. Due to increasing urbanization, living space is becoming increasingly scarce. Too few new buildings combined with a high influx of people is causing rents to explode, not only in the inner cities. It is also possible to buy the plot only with building permission.
