The Resort

The town of Kaštela is located directly on the coast of the Dalmatia region between the well-known towns of Trogir and Split. Kaštela is actually a series of seven historic forts. Around 40,000 people live in the approximately 16 km long and 4 km wide settlement area around the forts. The coastal section is climatically protected by the Kozjak Mountains. Kaštela is a tourist center and a popular destination for residents of Split. In addition to the numerous sights in Kaštela and in the neighboring cities of Split and Trogir, the region offers fantastic pebble beaches for bathers. Pine trees provide natural shade on the gently sloping beaches. Cafes and bars along the beach promenade provide bathers with cool drinks and small dishes. In the evening hours, numerous restaurants and taverns invite you to taste the specialties of Dalmatian cuisine.
The construction-land is located in a quiet environment next to the sea. Fast transport connections allow access to the international airport Split in only 10 minutes and to the tourist centers Split and Trogir in 20 minutes.

The hotelproject

A plot of land in Kaštela with direct access to the sea is intended for the construction of a hotel with 4 to 5 stars. The hotel is designed as a luxury resort with recreational and entertainment facilities such as an indoor pool, a spacious outdoor swimming pool and a wellness center.
The ground floor consists of a reception and lobby area, a restaurant with coffee shop and conference rooms. The upper floors are planned for accommodation of 120 rooms and apartments.
According to the conseptual project according to the guidlines of the spatial plan of the city of Kastela, the hotel may cover about 10.500 qm of gross living area on seven floors.

Your Investment

The land has all the necessary infrastructure for building a hotel.
Your total investment will be about EUR 12.000.000.- for purchaising the land and building the hotel.
