The location
Split, the second largest city of Croatia, is the university, business and administrative center of the Split-Dalmatia County. The promotion of Split as a destinatiion worth visiting is accompanied by the growth of cultural, festival, gastronomic and other content. The project
A new luxury hotel with about 60 rooms, 10 offices and underground parking will be built. For sale is a unfinished building (about 50 % is already finished) with 10 floors with a total of about 60 rooms, 10 officeses, garage, restaurant, fitness and all necessary facilities.
Your Investment
Additional investment required for the completion of the property will be approx. EUR 6.000.000.- to generate the estimated value after finishing the constrution of about EUR 15.000.000.-. A lease contract with a Swiss hotel operator with an international hotel brand was already signed and can be accepted or terminted to establish your own operation.
