The long ski season starts in autumn and lasts until early summer! As early as October, the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier attracts winter sports enthusiasts with its excellent slope-conditioning. From December, the Schmittenhöhe family ski area and the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn Ski Circus also open their diverse slopes for skiers and snowboarders, inviting them to freeride, and delighting visitors with perfectly shaped snow parks and fun slopes. The ski area offers over 270 kilometers of perfectly groomed ski slopes, cross-country ski trails in idyllic winter landscapes, romantic walking paths, and cleared hiking trails through spectacular scenery.

in summer:
Between glacier, mountains, and lake, a wide range of summer activities awaits and inspires.
Summer sports include swimming in Lake Zell, cycling and mountain biking tours, 400 km of hiking trails, golfing (5 golf courses in the region!), and experiencing snow on the glacier.

The Project
