The holiday hotel:

The property is in a prime location right in the village-center, with access to all of the town's infrastructure. The Kitzsteinhorn ski area and the Maiskogelbahn cable car are just a five-minute walk away. All shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The planned hotel will have 57 rooms, including 10 suites and 47 superior rooms; a total of 114 beds (not including extra beds). The ground floor will feature a lobby, a seminar area, various ancillary rooms and storage, a breakfast room, a restaurant, a bar and reception area, and a wellness area with a cantilevered swimming pool on the top floor. A large underground parking garage and ancillary rooms such as technical facilities, staff areas, and a ski/bike storage room will be located in the basement.

With this project, you save valuable time, energy, and capital, as the project has already received building permit and commercial approval. A legally binding building permit is also in place. Your new construction can begin at short notice! Upon request, the new hotel will be built turnkey by a large planning office at a fixed price.
